Redeem a Gift Voucher

We have recently changed to a new booking system.

If you have a paper gift voucher or an eVoucher that was purchased before January 17 2022, you will have what is called a 'Promo code.'

Your gift was purchased on our old system (or via our online store) rather than our current booking system and has been manually added to the new system as a Promo Code.

You'll need to enter your Promo Code in the 'voucher or promotion code' box during checkout, shown below.

If you have an electronic gift voucher which has been purchased after January 17 2022, you have a 'Gift Voucher' code. This is because you have been gifted a voucher that was purchased directly through our new system. 

You can enter your Gift Code where it says 'Got a Gift Voucher?' in the image below:
