When will my order arrive?

Your estimated delivery date is provided in your purchase confirmation email. Some of our products are shipped directly from our cafe, some are warehoused elsewhere and shipped directly to you and some are manufactured on demand when you order and shipped directly to you. These three methods incur slightly different shipping times.

Please check your purchase confirmation email for the delivery times that apply to your purchase. 

Are the vouchers physical or sent via email?

We have multiple gift voucher types, as follows:

Physical Gift Vouchers to use on our booking system to visit the cafe

These are shipped from our Cafe and will arrive between 1-3 business days from your order as they are sent Royal Mail 1st Class.

eVouchers to use on our booking system to visit the cafe

These are available to be purchased via the booking widget appearing at the bottom of your screen. These are emailed directly to you immediately after you complete your purchase.

My order hasn't arrived yet!

We will contact you if there's any reason for a delay in shipping your order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email when we have posted your item.

If you have not received your order yet and believe that you should have, please contact us at so we can look into this.

Please note: we do not track orders with Royal Mail so we cannot guarantee a delivery date or check the status of your delivery once it's been dispatched.

How much is shipping?

Shipping and delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered and the shipping destination so delivery charges will vary. You will be shown the exact cost before payment.
