We're delighted to offer gift vouchers for the most unique cat café in London!
Our Cat Café Gift Vouchers come in two delivery options:
Option 1:
Physical Gift voucher, shipped to you or the recipient!
Select a physical gift voucher to be posted to your home or the recipients home! Our standard packaging for gift cards is a 100% recycled and recyclable Kraft envelope.
Option 2:
When you order an e-Voucher, you will be prompted to upload a video message or a written message to be sent directly to your gift recipient. You can also schedule the date and time that you'd like the message and voucher to be sent to the cat lover in your life.
I have an old gift voucher from the previous café?
We promised to honour any vouchers that went unused due to the closure in June 2025, and we still intend to do so.
Unfortunately, due to booking system restrictions, you won’t be able to use your voucher code in the new system. You will have to email us so we can manually make your booking. Email us at bookings@ladydinahs.co.uk. please provide the following information:

- Preferred booking date:
- Preferred booking time:
- Party Number:
- Booking Type:
Please plan ahead and allow 3~5 working days for a response. We only have 1 person regularly checking emails and managing the booking system. There will be quite a few of you wanting to book among all the other emails, so please be patient with us.
Vouchers that are valid for use in the new café are any unused vouchers that expired after 23/05/2025
All vouchers will need to be used by 01/03/2027
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any vouchers. The company, which you purchased the vouchers from ~ Lady Dinah’s Cat Emporium East ~ went into insolvency. The company you are visiting is Cat Emporium, and no money from the vouchers has come to us. We honour these as a gesture of goodwill to everyone who continues to support us.
